Harlequin Owl is a freelance graphic design service based in Canberra, Australia, and operated by local designer Stefanie. Stefanie graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) and has since been working as a freelance graphic designer.

Since completing her university studies, Stefanie has built on her skill set by obtaining a Certificate in Web Design from Grenadi School of Design (Melbourne), as well as a Certificate of Completion in Foundation Web Design from The Graphic Design School (Avalon). Stefanie is currently developing her web design skills further and studying a Bachelor of Web Design and Production.
